Profile Maintenance
This topic will keep track of the users who need Staff to update the fields in profiles on a Staff member can do. All you would need to do is fill out the form found below and a Staff member will gladly do the updates ASAP.
Note: If the update on your profile is something you, as a member, can update, then do not post a form! You are responsible for fields you can update. Thank you!

The Form
Code:
Account name(S):(List those whose profile fields need to be updated.)
What needs updated?: (List exact amounts, names etc per account)

Updates List
The list of Users who need their profiles updated.
(Account name - What needs to be updated)
